LATE Policy

You will be given a grace period of 15 mins. Your appointment will be cancelled if you arrive more than 15 mins late, out of respect for clients booked after you. Rebooking will require a new appointment and a new deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

guest policy

There are no children or extra guests allowed during your service. Extra guests are not allowed to wait in Lobby while you are being serviced under any circumstances.

Cancellation

Be sure to cancel/reschedule appointments at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment day/time. One complimentary reschedule will be allowed (must be done 48 hours in advance) in order for deposit to apply. After that, the appointment will be cancelled and a new appointment with a new deposit must be will be required for service. No call no shows will result in being banned from booking future appointments and you will be charged for 50% of the service.

Deposits/payment

In order to secure your appointment, there is a 25% non-refundable or transferable deposit required. Deposits are deducted from the total amount of your service. The remaining balance is due at the time of your service in cash or via zelle only.

Sick policy

If you are not feeling well, have flu-like symptoms or have a temperature above 99 degrees fahrenheit, please reschedule your appointment for at least 7 days after symptoms have ceased.
